ALCOCK DINER. SNOOKER TOURNAMENT. On Monday evening five games were nlayed in this event, the results being: Reade (scr) beat' Eraser (owe 21). Sewell (reo. 14) beat Gotlieb (rec- 21), Porter (scr) beat Bradley (scr). Brown (scr) beat De Lautour (rec. 7), Nees (roc. 7) beat Col; lins (scr.). Last evening six games were played, and some very interesting finishes resulted:—Tucker - (owe 21) beat Hart (scr), Burd (scr) beat Caplin (rec. 21), Goldie (rec. 28) beat Gribble- (owe 28), Lockwood (scr) beat Loasby (reo. 21). W. Isaac beat Bucholz (rec. 21), J. Billman (scr) beat Hemingway (rec. 14).
