LABOUR CONGRESS
According to the official report, the only remit dealt with by the Labour Congress yesterday was one sent forward by the Napier branch of the Amalgamated Society of Carpenters and Joiners. It was;—'“That this Conference convene another conference of bona fide organised Labour, the representation at which shall be confined to bona fide members of the organisation they represent, and who shall he working at their trade or calling; no person to he allowed to be present who is getting his livelihood from organised Labour in any capacity.
