P- Morgan's condition is encouraging, though it is possible the serious abdominal wound may develop blood-poisoning. It is authoritatively stated that his illness will not interfere with the firm's duties to the British purchasing agent. HOLT ATTEMPTS TO COMMIT SUICIDE. Holt had lost much blood before his plight was discovered.
