A REVOLUTION OUTBREAKS IN AIANY TOWNS. By Telegraph—Frees Association—Copyright (Received Alay 16, 3.30 p.m.) MADRID, Alay XC. There are serious rumours of a revolution in Portugal. Alany fugitives are arriving at Bad?— joz. There are outbreaks at Lisbon, Coimbra, Oporto, Santarern, and other towns. There has been fighting between the troops and masses of civilians. It is reported that Dr Alfonsos Costa (c,\-Prcraier) has been killed. The telegraphs and telephones have been cut.
