WEATHER PROSPECTS.
GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAV (By the Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate .to strong and decreasing southerly winds, giving place to increasing northerlics after from 21 to 36 hour's, with a falling barometer. Weather generally fair to cloudy to-morrow, but expect increasing cloudiness and somewhat warmer conditions, with an unfavourable change to follow in the early part of next week.
