PRELIMINARY REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received July 13. 10.53 p.m.) LONDON, July 13. The “Tiraes’s” preliminary report on the British wheat crop states that it will bo 95.1, compared with a decade average of 91.38. Barley and oats arc slightly below the average. Beans are 94 compared with 91.34. A poor bay crop is predicted.
