ARBITRATION TREATY CONCLUDED. Hy Toleeraph— Pros* Association— Copyrlthl LONDON, July 10. Mr Page, United States Ambassador, speaking in London, announced that Groat Britain and the United States had practically concluded an arbitration treaty establishing a commission to which disputes could be referred. 1 American advices state that th© approval of the British Dominions to the i treaty is being awaited.
