The judges appointed by the Racing Conference to consider tne Manawatu Racing Club's appeal against the decision of the Wanganui aismot committee in the ClaSsis case met in Wellington on Wednesday. Wo further fail r to find anything in the evidence which is not consistent with innocence on the part of Thomas Wilson, owner-trainer of the horse Classis, and we, therefore, are of opinion that the'Manawatu Racing Club have failed to establish his guilt under Part XXXIII..
