MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE
A MOTOR-CAR FATALITY.

SYDNEY, Juno 3.
Greenway, the driver ol the motorcar which knocked down a man and woman at Leichardt on May 18th, both victims dying later in the hospital, has been committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter by causing the death of the man. Ho was acquitted on a charge of causing the- woman’s death.
[A message received on May 18th stated:—A motor-car at. Leichardt knocked down a woman, who was being taken to the hospital, and also knocked down, a man. Both died from their injuries.]
