A NEW BIPLANE

After fifteen months’ experiments,' the Royal Aircraft Factory has pro-i duced a biplane which is declared to be the safest yet constructed. It is able to fly without being perpetually controlled. Colonel Seely states that the mat chine’s stability is entirely due to ilfi shape. It has been submitted to all dange< tests vith perfect safety. It is understood that the Governi ment will keep the design a secret. The King witnessed exhibition flights and exclaimed:—“Why haven’t you a hundred of these?”
