Stock Exchange sale reported ; Waihi Grand Junction, 255, BOSS GOLDFIELDS. The Boss Goldfields mine superintendent, reporting on May 14th, states: — Aline—Ordinary work was resumed in the faces underground after the long stoppage on Monday, the 4th instant, with three parties ■of men, which has since been, increased to five parties on each shift and they will be further increased when suitable hands can bo obtained. ‘ Sixth Level has been driven to 56 feet from the opening and stopped for the present, and CiTs party has commenced to drive No. 6 south, which has .been driven 12 feet in payable wash. One party is blocking in No. 3 south, one in No. 2 south, both in payable wash, and one party in No. 1 south in wash of lower value. , There is no change bo report as regards the condition of the power station, ranee and tunnels, transmission line’ and plant and mane machinery.
