The quality was much the same as of late. There was a full atten, dance of export buyers, and a total clearance was effected at prices slightly ia advance of last week’s. Best lambs 19a to 21s, extra to 21s, others IGs to 18s. unfinished 12s Cd to 15s 6d. Fat Cattle—2lo yarded. As butcher.l are holding stocks competition wag not keen. Best bullocks ,£ll 10s to £l3, extra to £ls 10s. medium £lO to JBII, others £9 to £lO, best cows and heifers £7 5s to £8 7s 6d, extra to £0 10s, others £5 to £6 15s.
Pat Sheep—3s34 yarded, the greater proportion consisting of ewes and medium weight wethers. Prime wethers and heavyweight wethers met with a’ ready sale. Best owes 18s to 235. extra prime to 27s C<l. others 15s fid to 17s fid, prime wethers 22s to 24s fid. extra to 31s 9d, medium and unfinished 16s fid to 19s.
