Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, May 20. At tho Supreme Court to-day, Arnold Victor Smith, a Russian Pole, who defended himself, was acquitted on two charges of theft of money from a dwelling. Sentence on William De Grouchy Ogier, for embezzlement, was further deferred till to-morrow.
