ATTEMPTED ROBBERY
BULLION AT BRINDISI. By Tetegranh—Press Association —Copyrlfh* (Received May 18, 11.15 p.m. ) ROME, May 18. A daring attempt at bullion robbery was made at Brindisi. _ The steamer Helouan transferred to the Custom House one hundred packages' containing £1,500,000 sterling consigned from Alexandria to London. Tho robbers entered, but they were foiled, and one was arrested.
