Ganzoni (Unionist), and Mr John Scurr (Socialist) hat't selected as candidates for the Ipswich vacancy. Mr C. F. Masferman, who was defeated for the Bethnal Green seat on seeking re-election after his appointment as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, null contest the Ipswich-seat in the Government interest. The vacancy has been caused by the death of .the Rev. Silvester Home.
