Charles Webber, a ship’s painter, shot,his sweetheart, Lottie Heatlcy, a domestic servant, and then himself, Webber is dead. Heatlcy walked a mile and a half to her mother’s - honse. . She has three bullet-wounds in her head, and is in hospitaL Her condition is serious. The cause of the tragedy is unknown. ■
