Costume, Millinery, Underclothing, and the Cea Room Sections, make it imperative that more and better accommodation should be provided. CL Naturally, we decided to “close down” the department that would give us the most additional room at the least cost. CL The Furniture Section covered some of the most valuable space —about half an acre —of our building. Che furniture had to go. It has gone—lock, stock, and barrel —and the area it once occupied is now devoted to the Costume Department, and a splendid Showroom it makes- Lofty ceilings, beautiful light, ample space—in . a word, The Finest Costume Showroom in the DominionCL Che Millinery Salon now occupies doable its former space, and proves to be a delightful showroom for the display of the world’s'mostTashibnablehats - CL extensions will also be made to the Ladies’and Children’s Outfitting Departments, while the Cea Room will be enlarged so much that accommodation will be provided for nearly"a hundred additional guests at one sitting.
