Mary Amelia Sibley, formerly Black, is suing for a divorce from Raymond Henry George Sibley on the-ground of desertion. , The parties resided in New Zealand. The petitioner returned to Australia and learned from the New Zealand police that the respondent had gone to San Francisco. Judgment was reserved.
