Quarrels between arbitrationiste arid foderationists are of almost daily occurrence in the city, And men are constantly appearing in the court charged with breaches of the peace, assault, etc. Two cases were ventilated in the Police Court to-day. In one case, Thomas Bates, an cx-striker, was charged with assault. It appeared that he met a man named Hargreaves, an arbitrationist. and allowed Hargreaves to see a photograph of the strike committee in which he. Bates, figured.
