A meeting of the Wellington Presbytery was hold at St. John’s Church last evening. The Rev. J. White, of I/eyin, and the Rev. E. R. Harries were welcomed by the Moderator, and-the Rev. T. Taifc, of Port Ahuriri, was associated ■with the Presbytery. Mr Hislop took bis seat as rcjiresontative of Bt. An-" draw’s. In response to a request from the Rev.
