The Hororato, built by Messrs Benny and Brothers for the Hew Zealand Shipping Co., was launched from Beven shipyard, Dumbairton, on December fiSth. An exchange says that she is the largest vessel ever built in Dumbarton, although her registered tonnage is not so great as that of several vessels built previously. Her length is 510 feet, and breadth £i toot.
