At the annual dinner of the Institute of Sanitary Engineers, Sir Wildiam Ramsay raised tile question whether the physically unfit should bo left to die. He asked whether it was right ‘that these people should he so coddled as they were, and whether, instead of doing much to prolong the lives of the unfit, it would not- be better to let some of them die out.
