GIRL’S ARM OUT OFF. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright SYDNEY, February 9. ■ A girl named Norris was returning from a picnic when she thrust an arm out of the carriage window. The open door of a passing train struck and completely severed the arm, which was thrown in the face of a passenger in the nest compartment. The girl succumbed.
