TWENTY MILLIONS STERLING ARRANGED FOR. By Telegraph—Frees Aseo ilaMon—Copyright (Received February 10, 0.10 a.m.) VIENNA, February 9. Negotiations have concluded between the Hungarian Government and the Hungarian State Loans Syndicate for a 4J per cent, loan of £20,000,000, redeemable in sixty years. Three millions of the loan will be issued in London through Rothschilds. Their participation is regarded as a sign of the good relations existing between Britain .and Austria-Hungary.
