(Received December 24, 0.55 a.m.) LONDON, December 23. The wheat market is dull, with an easier tone. Argentine wheat is quoted at 3d per bushel decline; Australian is unchanged. Copper prices are £64 2b 6d per ton for spot, and £64 7s 6d at three months. Tin is quoted at £l6B 15s per ton for spot, and £l7O 10s at three months.
