(Received December 23, 7.43 p.m-) LONDON, December 23. Tho Dublin press deplores the failure of tho peace negotiations. There aro signs of many of the men returning to work. Hope of a settlement has not yet been abandoned. A Catholic archdeacon suggests that tho priests offer Mass for tho children who have been taken to England “ because they aro living in surroundings dangerous to their faith.”
