President Wilson baa issued a eeri<ms reprimand to the officers concerned in the Oarabao incident characterising their songs and sketches as “silly effervescences of childish wit unworthy of American officers. If such is theta idea of fun what must their idea o® duty be.” It is understood that the co'arbmar-» tial has been dropped. [A recent cable message stated;—i President Wilson has withdrawn from honorary, membership of the new military order of the Carabao, comprising officers who served in the Philippine disturbances succeeding the SpamshAmerioan war.
