ELLERSLIE TRACK WORK
Press Association. AUCKLAND, December 23. The bulk of the horses were restrictjed to steady pacing work at Ellerslio 'this morning. Bonny Helen did the last five of seven furlongs on the grass in Imin ssec. Bleriot and La Reina 'went a couple of rounds on the tan, running home over the last six furlongs in Imin 26 2-6 sec. Postillion did five furlongs on the grafts in Imin 41-sseo, and Royal Arms two rounds on the grass, the last six furlongs in Imin 23 l-ssec. North East, Cloudy Dawn, and Sandy Paul were schooled over five furlongs, the trio fencing well. A lot of others were also worked. Umeraboy arrived yesterday.
