SPECIAL TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS Press Association. HOKITIKA, December 33. The Westland Jubilee Celebration Committee has been advised by the general manager of the New Zealand Railways that in order to meet the wishes of those desirous of travelling tickets at holiday excursion rates will be issued to Hokitika up to January Uth, and be available for return until February 13th. Tho holiday timetable provides that passengers will get through from Christchurch to Hokitika in one day. It, is hoped also that the department will provide extra services to cope with tho influx for tb» jubilee celebrations.
