MAN COMMITS SUICIDE. Press Association. AUCKDAND, December 23. Albert Ernest Ede committed suicide by cutting his throat at Avondale this morning. He bad become reconciled to his wife yesterday after three months’ separation due to his drinking habits. At the inquest evidence showed that Ede had a fear that he would become insane, as his mother died in an asylum and a brother is now in a mental hospital at Sydney. A verdict of suicide while, insane was returned.
