The “Telegraph’s” Pekin correspondent at Li-yuan-hung says that all the Tuluhs (Civil Administrators) have petitioned for a dissolution of Parliament, on the ground that the work accomplished is nil.
President Yuan Shih-Kai leaves the decision to the Administrative Conference.
