GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAV
(Bv the Dominion Meteorologist.)
Present indications (5 p m. yesterday) arc for a temporary increase in atmospheric pressure, but a. westerly disturbance is likely to succeed shortly, and the general outlook for Christmastide is at present not reassuring. The southerly winds now prevailing will probably change by the west to nortberlies, ond again increase, a brief improvement in weather conditions being followed by in. creasing cloudiness, with rain later.
