Count Stuergkh, Prime Minister of Austria, speaking in the Reiohsrath, sharply rebuked Lavislas von Dlugosz, Minister for Galicia, for divulging olnoial secrets, and stating that Jderr Stapinski, leader of the Polish Nationalists, received £3OOO from the secret service fund to buy off the opposition; of his newspaper to the Government on the eve of the elections. The revelations are the outcome of a quarrel between. Dlugosz and Btapinski. ‘ ■
An unfavourable impression- has been ■aroused through Premier Stuergkh’s admission that the press was bribed.
The resignation of Dlugosz is demanded.
