Mr B. G. H. Burn, the chairman of the committee, presided over a very largo audience of parents and friends at the break-up ceremony. After ex-, pressing the committee’s great appro-? ciation of the work of the school staff, ho impressed upon parents the importance of the regular attendance of their children. Thanks were given to donors of special prizes, vjz. ; —Mr. Burn, Mrs Bums, Mrs Nimmo, and Mr Richards. At the conclusion hearty cheers were given for the com-, mittee, 'the teachers, and the head-, master. All the teachers were reoipi-. ents of tokens of regard from their respective classes.
