ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, December 19. The Customs cases again came up fo; hearing to-day at the Police Court. Samuel John McCormick, Christopher Robert Smith, and James Anderson Campbell wore charged with having stolen on September 12th, 1913, the sum of £24 12s, being the property of J. Chambers and Son. Accused each pleaded not guilty, and were committed to the Supremo Court for trial. Smith, Campbell, and McCormick were then charged with having stolen the sum of £42 on August 29th, 1913. the property of G. W. Davies, and were committed for iriaL
