GENERAL FORECAST FOUTO DAT (By the Dominion Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m. yesterday) are for high and equally westerly winds, changing to southerly soon. Cold, gloomy, and wert weather probable generally, with snow on the higher levels in the south. The barometer is falling further in the north, but rising everywhere by tomorrow evening.
