FATAL EXPLOSION
SIX PERSONS KILLED STATEN ISLAND IN DARKNESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received October 23, 0.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 22. An explosion in connection with tlw* light and power plant at Staten Island wrecked the entire building, and killed six and injured many of the employees, The island is in darkness, and the trolley services are suspended.
