LONDON ADMINISTRATION. By Telegraph—Prce Association—Coryrlgnt (Timco—Sydney "Sun" Special Cables.) (Received September 15, 6.55 p.m.) LONDON, September 15. The Pacific Cable Board is not appointing a manager, and has ‘promoted the accountant to the position of secretary, believing that the administration in London is purely of a clerical nature. Mr Milward will return to Australia. The board entertains little hopes of laying a British cable across the Atlantic.
