LONDON. September 12. Reece, in accepting Gray’s challenge, .stipulates that the first match shall be according to Gray’s terms, but that the second shall be played with ivpry halls and on level terms. He also stinulates that there shall be a third match, in which the player with the best aggregate in th» first two matches shall choose the balls. If ho”znl’"e are chosen. Gray shall concede 2000. The winner shall take 60 per cent, of th© gate-money, and the stakes to ho £IOO a-«ido for each game or £3OO on the rubber.
STEVENSON’S OFFER. LONDON, September 12. Stevenson offers to concede Gray 2000 in 20,000 for £IOO or £2OO a-side.
