In the House of Commons, Mr Herbert Samuel, Postmaster-General, in (reply to questions, said that upon learning of Mr Goldschmidt’s reported establishment of wireless communication between Hanover and the United'
States, he asked Mr Goldschmidt to demonstrate the possibilities of his system, and. Mr Goldschmidt replied that ho would be unable to do so until August. In tho circumstances he (Mr' Samuel) did not propose to invite tenders, as that course would involve a delay of at least another nine months.
