THE WEATHER PROSPECTS
GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAY. (By the Dominion Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m.) yesterday are for moderate to strong westerly winds, changing to increasing northerliee tomorrow, with a falling barometer for a westerly disturbance likely to pass in tho south during the latter part of the week. Showery weather probable on tho West Coast and southernmost districts, and increasing cloudiness generally, preceding an unfavourable change in weather conditions. (Details on Shipping Page.)
