INDIAN CONSPIRACIES
A BILL PROMULGATED. ' DELHI, February 27. A Conspiracy Bill is promulgated. It assimilates the provisions of the Indian penal code to those of the English law, and makes conspiracy a substantive offence. An explanatory memorandum dwells on tne existence of dangerous conspiracies and the inadequacy of the existing law.
