OPIUM TRAFFIC
LOCKED-UP OPIUM DEPRESSES MONEY MARKET. DELHI, February 25. The. Government has refused to lend money to bankers upon Indian securities in order to relieve the money market, owing to the locking up of opium in Chinese warehouses.
