RECEIVER APPOINTED
ON APPLICATION OF BANK. Sitting in Banco in the Supreme Court yesterday, his Honor Air Justice Sim heard an application to appoint a receiver in connection with the business of L. Caselberg and Co.;- The application, in the form of' an-origin-. .ting summons, was made by the Bank of New South Wales, Ltd. Plaintiifs, claiming to be the holders of a. mortgage debenture dated October 10th, .011,- made by Caselberg and C 0.,; Ltd. on which the sum of £SOO was non lue), asked that a receiver be appointed, that the stock in trade ol .he defendant company be handed to lim,. and that accounts be taken. Mr T. C. A. Hislop appeared for the Bank of New South Wales, but there was no appearance of the defendants. _ His Honor made an order appointing George Lambert receiver and manager in the terms of the application, and directed that accounts should be taken before the Registrar, who jrould adjust costs.
