NAPIER GARDEN FETE
Frees Association. NAPIER, February 26. The Thirty Thousand Club, an organisation formed with the object of advancing the welfare of Napier and district, is to-day holding high carnival in the borough park, taking the form of an immense garden fete. The show has been thoroughly well organised and the promoters hope to realise a profit of J 2500 to -S6OO, which will form the nucleus of a fund to carry out the objects of the club. The weather is glorious, and the attendance promises to be exceptionally big.
