ASIATIC TURKEY
“ INTEGRITY ESSENTIAL TO PEACE.” ROME, February 23. In a speech in the Chamber of Deputies, the Marquis di San Guiliano, Minister for Foreign Affairs, said that all the Powers recognised that the integrity of Asiatic Turkey was essential to the maintenance of the equilibrium of peace.
