BLIZZARD CONTINUES

A woman and a child were injured. The accident is attributed to tho snow affecting tho signals. Enow broke an electric wire at Sheffield, which fell on to tho tramway, receiving a high charge of electricity. Two horses and their drivers sustained shocks, and were unablo bo escape. Two workmen, who ran to their rescue, wore also struck down. Two others then took off their overcoats, stood on one, and threw the other to the stricken men, who wore hauled out of danger.
