M. Gueshoff, Premier and Foreign Minister, interviewed regarding the situation arising out or the war so Tar, said Bulgaria was ready to accept intervention by the Powers. If the Turks would not agree, then tho Bulgarian army would dictate terms before tho gates of Constantinople.

LONDON, October 28. Russian newspapers aro practically unanimous that it will bo impossible to restore tho status quo in the Balkans. The “Noroo V?emya” says it is impossible to. mnzzlo the Slavs. Tho “Berliner Tageblatt” publishes a Vienna message stating that if tho Powers’ programme with reference to tho status quo is not maintained, Austria will consider herself free to follow her own policy.
