EXHIBITIONS
INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT REACHED.
BERLIN, October 27. An International Exhibition Agreement has been signed. It provides that the signatories shall participate in exhibitions only at intervals ot throe years, and that there shall be an interval of ten years between exhibitions in any one country. The agreement also settles tho procedure concerning awards, and prevente traffic in prize medals.
