“DON’T RUSH THE RING”
PORTE FEARS DESCENT ON ASIATIC PROVINCES.

LONDON, October 21. Mr Martin Henry Donohoe, the wellknown war correspondent, now representing the “Daily Chronicle” at Constantinople, reports having interviewed Kiamil Pasha, Turkish Foreign Minister, who expressed a fear of the intervention of a certain groat Power in Turkey’s Asian provinces, which are now undefended. He appeals to Britain to see that the ring is not rushed and Turkey absolutely crushed as a prelude to a gigantic struggle involving tho whole of the continent of Europe.
